1. Processing and Lead Times


Bridal Dresses: All bridal dresses are bespoke and made to order with an 8-week lead time. Once ready, they ship with 2-day UPS or FedEx.

Evening Dresses: Evening dresses are made to order with a 4-week lead time and include free ground shipping within the U.S.

Bags, Hats, and Shoes: Orders for bags, hats, and shoes are processed within 5-7 business days.

Candles and Perfumes: Orders for candles and perfumes are processed within 5-7 business days.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Options


U.S. Orders:

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.


International Orders:

International shipping is available via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on the region and will be displayed at checkout.


3. Delivery Estimates


Delivery estimates depend on the shipping option selected and your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information typically activates within 24-48 hours.


5. International Shipping and Customs


Customs Fees and Import Taxes: International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays: International orders may experience delays due to customs processing. Please allow additional time for delivery to account for these potential delays.


6. Damages and Lost Packages


Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue but cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at auroragoldiv@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
