Our custom products are made-to-order and non-returnable. Consultation fees for bespoke and custom orders are non-refundable.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and non-returnable. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a resolution.
